Players must wear shin guards and have socks (preferably black) to cover them.
Plain black shorts  (preferably without pockets as they are distracting for players - can be purchased at most sports retailers, check the thrift stores too) and soccer cleats (online or Montrose sporting goods stores) round out the uniform.
